These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drok AI LLC's ("Drok AI", "we," "our," or "us") AI-powered software products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Age requirements are set forth in Section 16.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and not to use the Services to:
The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Drok AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Our Services integrate third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to provide AI-powered features. Content generated through these integrations is provided "as-is" without warranties. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of outputs from third-party AI services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide become our property without compensation to you.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store it to provide and improve the Services.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All fees are in USD and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), which handles payment processing for transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Stripe handles billing, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.
All payments are final and non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or credit for any partial subscription period, unused features, or account downgrade. Cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans and one-time purchases.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Payment method required for trials. You will be notified before charging begins.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT DEVELOP OR CONTROL THE UNDERLYING AI MODELS. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR INAPPROPRIATE OUTPUTS ("HALLUCINATIONS"). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, OR OUTPUTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THESE LIMITATIONS AND USE THIRD-PARTY AI FEATURES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All analysis, scores, and revenue estimates provided by the Services are for educational purposes only and are based on AI models. Actual results may vary depending on execution and market conditions. You should not make business, investment, or financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content without independent verification.
The Services do not provide professional advice. Do not rely on the Services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DROK AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DROK AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation shall not apply to: (i) your indemnification obligations, (ii) your breach of Acceptable Use provisions, (iii) your infringement of our intellectual property rights, or (iv) gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drok AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER JAMS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES, WITH PROCEEDINGS IN CHEYENNE, WYOMING. THIS INCLUDES WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines a party acted in bad faith.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if within jurisdictional limits. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime or availability levels. Enterprise customers may negotiate separate service level agreements.
Beta features are provided "as-is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time without notice. Use of beta features may be subject to additional terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 but at least 13, you may use the Services only with parental consent and supervision. Users under 13 are prohibited.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the Services if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drok AI regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
